RECIPE FOR KALMYK TEA:   1 qt. of boiled water;  2 tea bags (russian tea or lipton); 1 cup of milk; 1 tablespoon of butter;  1 teaspoon of salt.  Boil water, add tea, mix, then add milk, butter, and salt.  If you'd like, add a bay leaf or pinch of nutmeg.   (Thank you, Naya, for the recipe.)
